What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, work email, company name, company size, the service you're asking about, and whatever message you write. If you book a call through the Cal.com embed on our Contact page, Cal.com collects the scheduling details you provide directly to them under their own privacy policy. We don't use tracking cookies, and this site's analytics tool is cookieless: it doesn't identify you individually.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry: evaluating fit, scheduling a call, and following up. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing outreach you didn't ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a bot check on submission. Neither Resend nor Cloudflare receives more than what's needed to deliver and protect the submission.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, typically no more than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it's deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time; see Contact below.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address on our Contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
